1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Product must be unused
- In original packaging
- Sealed (if applicable)
- Accompanied by invoice
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control regulations, consumable, edible, or personal-care organic products may not be eligible for return unless proven defective or damaged.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. After verification, we may provide:

- Store credit
- Refund
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on financial institutions.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is subject to return approval.
6. Fraud Prevention
We monitor refund abuse and fraudulent claims. Misuse of the refund system may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
